Instant Yoga Nidra

 

Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed,

it allows you to become systematically and increasingly aware

of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.


This state of consciousness is different from meditation, in which

concentration on a single focus is required. Yoga Nidra requires

focus, but you will be taken through a series of different things on which to focus.

It is best practiced lying somewhere comfortable (maybe even on your bed) while wearing warm clothing, covered with a blanket if you wish.

My Yoga Nidras are 30
minutes long and audio only - perfect for use before bed or to take some time out to deeply relax.

There are a choice of Yoga Nidras available, each differing in techniques used and visualisations.
