Accessible Chair Yoga
Would you like to build Strength, Stamina, Joint Mobility and a sense of Calmness and Community?
Chair Yoga is great to help you find ease and range of movement needed for everyday life. Making it easier playing with the dog or your grandchildren.
The class is for anyone, it is open to women and men of all ages. It's great if you have mobility challenges, injuries or medical needs.
Classes take you through movement and breathing exercises, finishing with some lovely relaxation. We don't take it all too seriously!
