You get up to 5 yoga classes per month, which you can use however suits you:

You get everything the Monthly Membership+ gives plus unlimited classes, including:

Do I have to come every week on a set day?
You can mix and match between Tuesday and Thursday in-person and Wednesday online live.
Memberships give you flexibility to choose what works for you, and it’s easy to book through the app or website. Online membership gives you Online classes only.

What if I miss a class?
You can catch up with a recorded session or join the Wednesday Zoom class instead.

How do I pay and book?
You’ll use a simple app or my website to:

I’ll send instructions before the new system goes live.

I’ve already paid for some September classes — what happens?
I’ll send you a credit code to use when you sign up for the September membership. You won’t pay twice.

Do I have to commit long term?
No. Memberships are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime before your next payment is due.
What if my teacher takes a week off?
The price factors in up to 4 weeks off per year, though I usually take no more than 3.
If I’m away, you’ll still receive:

A recorded class

Or a bonus resource in the members’ area (e.g. Yoga Nidra, meditation)
So you’ll still get value and support even when I’m not teaching live.
Can I still just pay for a single class?
Yes. Drop-in Hatha classes are still available for £14 per session, but they don’t include access to the members’ area or any of the monthly resources.
Will I get access to the members’ area straight away?
Yes. Once you buy your membership, you’ll be asked to log in or create an account, and you’ll get instant access to the members-only area and all resources.
When should I start my membership?
You can choose when your Membership starts. Your membership is valid for 1 month from the date you join. For example, if you purchase on the 18th of September, your plan will renew on the 18th of October. This means your classes are counted across your personal monthly cycle, not the calendar month
Can I carry unused classes over to the next month?
No — the Monthly Membership+ gives you access to up to 5 classes per calendar month, and these reset each month. You’ll still have access to recordings from that month, but unused live classes don’t roll over.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No — all memberships are for individual use only and can’t be shared or transferred.
You're welcome to invite a friend to try a class as a one-off — just ask me about a guest pass.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — please book through the app or website before each class so I know who’s attending.
You can book all your classes at the start of the month, or week by week — whatever works best for you.

Are Events (Sound Baths, Retreats and Workshops) included?
Events are not included, but I may offer discounts for events to members from time to time.
