I work with the idea of adapting poses and practice to fit the person, rather than making individuals fit the pose and practice.

Linking movement with breath creates space in the body and mind. Blood pressure can be lowered, bone density built, balance and posture improved, muscles strengthened, flexibility gained and mental wellbeing can be achieved through the practice of yoga.
