I provide a safe practice for anyone seeking Online yoga classes or one to one individually designed sessions, including chair yoga. I also offer Yoga Nidra,

a wonderful form of relaxation.

Choose to pay a fixed fee per class or a contribution based Monthly Pass for unlimited live classes, watch again and bonus goodies.


Seasonal Outdoor sessions also available.

I believe that yoga can be beneficial for everyone.

I work with the idea of adapting poses to fit the body, rather than making bodies fit the pose.

Linking movement with breath creates space in the body and mind. Blood pressure can be lowered, bone density built, balance and posture improved, muscles strengthened, flexibility gained and peace of mind achieved through the practice of yoga.

The meditation aspects of yoga can help develop a sense of grounding and clarity of thought.
