I believe that yoga can be beneficial for everyone.

I work with the idea of adapting poses to fit the body, rather than making bodies fit the pose.

Linking movement with breath creates space in the body and mind. Blood pressure can be lowered, bone density built, balance and posture improved, muscles strengthened, flexibility gained and mental wellbeing can be achieved through the practice of yoga.

The meditation aspects of yoga can help develop a sense of grounding and clarity of thought.
