What to expect

All the joy and benefits of yoga without getting down and up from the floor! In these classes, we practice movement, poses, breathing and relaxation, using a chair to sit on and also for assistance with standing and balance poses if we choose. The class is for anyone, it is open to women and men of all ages. You don't need to bring any special equipment. Wear something comfortable that is easy to move in and if you prefer not to be barefoot, it’s best to wear trainers. Bringing a blanket for relaxation is also recommended.
