Half Day Retreat Information
Arrival
Please make sure you arrive in good time to be ready to start at 9.30am.
We finish at 1.30pm.

Health screening
If you haven’t already filled in health screening for my classes, please ensure you complete my online health screening form
​
Please ensure that you bring any medication you may need during the session with you and that it is accessible (inhalers for asthma etc.)

What to bring
You will need to bring your own yoga mat, a yoga block or thick book,
a strap/belt or tie, a couple of blankets and two pillows (not cushions) or bolster.
If you wish, bolsters can be sourced for you to be purchased in advance of the event - please ask me about this and I can give you details.

Please do bring an extra layer or two, such as a jumper, and socks to put on during relaxation as your temperature can drop as your body starts to relax. Feeling warm and comfortable is conducive to fully relaxing.

Dietary requirements
Please let me know in advance of any dietary requirements you may have. There will be cake, lovingly made by local vegan baker For the Love of Cake.
