Friday Wind Down - Restorative Yoga at Fotheringhay

STARTING FRIDAY 21 NOVEMBER

Give yourself permission to stop, rest deeply, breathe fully, and just be.

​

This monthly gentle 90-minute practice allows you to release the week and return to stillness.

 

We combine gentle stretching, supported restorative postures, guided yoga nidra, and the deep resonance of a singing bowl placed on the solar plexus. This session invites rest and renewal, allowing for a welcome pause in our hectic lives.

Fridays 6.30-8pm (once a month)
Fotheringhay Village Hall, Fotheringhay.


Spaces Limited - Booking essesntial.​

You will need to bring several props with you including a large bolster (or two bed pillows), a couple of blankets or large towels, two yoga bricks, a yoga block, a yoga strap/belt and an eye pillow if you like to cover your eyes.​​​​​​
