Equanimity Yoga Cancellation Policy
 
I believe in having a clear, simple to understand cancellation policy to help avoid confusion and form clear boundaries. Below I have listed out our cancellation policies for when you book yoga classes, events and private sessions. I understand that plans change and you may need to cancel a class or event.

Cancellation of Live Online Yoga Classes
If you have booked a live online class and do not make it to the class, you will automatically be sent a recording of the class that evening, which will be available for 7 days.

Cancellation of Private Sessions
For private 1:1 sessions, I operate a 24hr cancellation policy. If less than 24 hrs notice is given then you will be charged for the session as that slot cannot be filled at short notice.

Cancellation of In-Person Hatha Classes 
If you are unable to attend a class for any reason refunds cannot be given. You will be sent a recorded class video on the closest Wednesday evening to the missed class, so you do not miss your practice. This will be available for 7 days for you to catch-up. 

Cancellation of In-Person Seated & Standing Classes 
If you are unable to attend a class for any reason refunds cannot be given. 

Cancellation of Retreats & Sound Baths
If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, refunds cannot be given. You may pass your booking on to a friend at no additional cost. I must be notified via email if a friend will attend in your place at vicky@eqyoga.co.uk
