Private Sound Bath Information

Before the event

If you haven’t already filled in health screening for my classes, please ensure you complete my online health screening form

Please ensure that you bring any medication you may need during the session with you and that it is accessible (inhalers for asthma etc.)

For the best possible experience and to ensure your safety and comfort, I kindly ask that you refrain from consuming alcohol or any mind-altering substances before attending the session. Sound baths are deeply restorative practices that work best when your mind and body are clear and receptive.

Arrival

Please make sure you arrive in good time to get comfortable and be ready to start on time.

What you will need

  • Yoga mat (or two) or thick comfortable mat to lay on or chair if you prefer to be seated

  • A couple of blankets (one to lay on and the other to cover you)

  • Two pillows or bolster (for under our knees)

  • A cushion (for under your head or on your chair)

  • Please do bring extra layers, such as a jumpers and extra socks as your temperature can drop as your body starts to relax. Feeling warm and comfortable is conducive to fully relaxing and enjoying the experience. You can even bring along a hot water bottle if you wish!
