Yoga Nidra Special

Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed,
it allows you to become systematically and increasingly aware
of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
This state of consciousness is different from meditation, in which
concentration on a single focus is required. Yoga Nidra requires
focus, but you will be taken through a series of different things on which to focus.
It is best practiced lying somewhere comfortable (maybe even on your bed) while wearing warm clothing, covered with a blanket if you wish.
The 30 minute live stream will be audio only. I will be using YouTube Live, you will not be seen on the screen by anyone and you will only see a still image, but you will hear my voice.
This event is free for Monthly Pass holders, but is open to everyone for just £4
