Building a Home Yoga Practice Workshop

This workshop aims to give you the opportunity to start building a safe home yoga practice.
We will look at how to sequence and perform a range of asana (postures) that meet your personal needs, including safe limbering to prepare the body, pranayama (breathing exercises) and savasana (relaxation)
At the end of the workshop, you will have created a simple sequence that you can take away and use at home.
Suitable for those who already have a regular yoga class attendance.
This two hour workshop aims to help you get the New Year off to a great start.
The workshop provides an opportunity to use different aspects of yoga, breath, movement and relaxation to cleanse your body and mind from the inside out. Feel lighter and happier, without a kale smoothie in sight!
We will also welcome Sidra Shabir, a qualified Cupping Therapy practitioner, who will introduce this ancient form of therapy and explain how it can be used as a tool to help remove toxins from the body.
This detox workshop will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cleansed. It’s a great way to cleanse after the Festive season and start your New Year well.
