Sunday Morning Restorative Yoga

The perfect way to start your Sunday

Take time out to relax and renew

No need for any special yoga props

 

All you will need is,
2-3 pillows,
2-3 blankets or bath towels,
2 rolls of kitchen roll,
2 books/blocks,
Warm and comfy clothes,
A yoga mat,
Your favorite essential oil or scented candle (optional),
1 eye pillow or folded face flannel.

Restorative yoga sequences typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends
