Starting on 6th October, this 5 week course is designed for anyone who would like to get started with the basics of Yoga in the comfort and safety of their own home.

You will be taken through postures, breathing and relaxation by a qualified, experienced and insured yoga teacher. Each week learning new skills and consolidating those you already know - the perfect basis for joining a general class or starting a self practice.

The course will be taught live using Zoom, 
Tuesdays 6-7pm.
You will need a yoga mat or a towel.
