ONE MONTH PASS
Hatha style yoga classes in the comfort of your own home via the secure platform, Zoom. Suitable for all levels, with different options offered to find the version of poses that are best for you.
A typical class includes asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and will finish with savasana (relaxation)
All you need is a yoga mat or towel. A yoga block or thick book and a strap/belt or tie can also come in handy
Monday classes are weekly, Wednesday and Thursday classes are on alternate weeks - check my class calendar to see what day it is on this week
Choose from a Monthly Pass for a 'pay what you can' contribution, which gives you access to all Live classes, plus additional access to these Watch Again and bonus extras, or pay per class for just £8
