Hatha style yoga classes in the comfort of your own home via the secure platform, Zoom. Suitable for all levels, with different options offered to find the version of poses that are best for you.
A typical class includes asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and will finish with savasana (relaxation)
All you need is a yoga mat or towel. A yoga block or thick book and a strap/belt or tie can also come in handy
Classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm, you can even get a recording if you cannot make the live class.

I have a few subsidised or free class places reserved for those who have challenges meeting basic needs such as shelter & food, have no access to savings, rarely buy new and do not regularly partake in buying coffee out, eating out, going on holiday and to events.
