Group Hatha yoga classes in Oundle.
These classes are suitable for all levels and typically include asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and finish with savasana (relaxation)
You will need to bring your own yoga mat and a yoga block or thick book, a strap/belt or tie and a blanket can also come in handy
Tuesdays 6-7pm at The Queen Victoria Hall, Oundle
Investment, £40 for each 4 consecutive week block, paid in advance.
