25 MINUTE HATHA PRACTICE FOR SPINE CARE

This practice focuses on building strength in and increasing flexibility of the spine and surrounding muscles. This guided sequence of movements takes you through forward and back bends, twists and stretches, in addition to poses that engage muscles enabling you to build strong support for the body. We end with a short relaxation to rest the body and allow for the effects of the practice to be consolidated.

SHORT YOGA NIDRA FOR SLEEP

This 12 minute Yoga Nidra is perfect to let you relax before drifting off to sleep.
